Design Route Map

Web Five Media involves the business owner during the Website Interface Design Process, from inception to launch of the website on the live domain.

STEP 1

You the client, tell us about your web requirements and the type of business you are conducting as well as any specific features you are looking to incorporate in your website.

STEP 2

We document your specific requirements and requested features, then forward you a design proposal. In the event of you accepting the design proposal, we request you to supply us with your web content and images.

STEP 3

Based on design specifications, web content and requested features, we present you with an estimated design time frame and quotation. On acceptance of the proposal, a 25% deposit is required before the design phase commences.

STEP 4

During the design phase, we meet as and when required to review progress and obtain your feedback. The design phase continues until you are satisfied that your requirements and features meet the design specification.

STEP 5

When the design phase is complete, testing will commence. After you have signed off the specification, we will upload your website to the live domain.

STEP 6

On final payment and signing of the contract, your website is loaded onto the domain name of your selected hosting provider.
